Request your itemized quoteThe short answer
Summit's all-inclusive knee replacement package in Monterrey starts at $9,900 USD. It is performed with the ROSA robotic system at Hospital Ángeles and the price already includes the surgery, the implant, the hospital stay, the hotel, every ground transfer and daily physical therapy during your recovery.
In the United States, a knee replacement without insurance is commonly quoted in the tens of thousands of dollars before rehabilitation, and the implant, the anesthesiologist and the facility are usually billed separately.
What the $9,900 package includes
- ROSA robot-assisted knee replacement at Hospital Ángeles Valle Oriente
- Three nights of hospital stay with 24-hour nursing
- Hotel before and after surgery, with daily physical therapy during recovery
- All ground transfers from the moment you land
- Surgeon follow-up before you fly home, and by video afterwards
Starting price for a single knee in a standard case; bilateral surgery, revisions and complex deformity are quoted after the video consultation. Hotel upgrades to 4- and 5-star are available.
What an all-inclusive Summit package covers
Summit quotes one number after your video consultation with the surgeon. There is no per-item billing afterwards and no surprise invoice when you land.

What actually changes your price
- How much disease there is. A single lesion and a frozen pelvis are not the same operation, and the operating-room time is what drives hospital cost.
- Whether another specialty has to be in the room (colorectal or urology, for example, in deep disease).
- Laparoscopic or robot-assisted. The robotic platform adds cost; it is recommended when the case justifies it, not by default.
- Hotel category and how many nights your recovery needs.
- Whether you travel with a companion (recommended, and we plan for it).
Why a written quote matters more than a headline price. Any clinic can publish a low number and add items later. What protects you is a single itemized quote, in English, issued after a surgeon has reviewed your imaging — before you buy a plane ticket.
How to get your number
Send your imaging and a short history. A video consultation with the surgeon is scheduled within days, and you receive a written surgical plan and an itemized quote in English. Only then do you decide whether to travel.
