Your hysteroscopy in Monterrey
Who this procedure is for
Women with endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, a uterine septum or abnormal uterine bleeding whose cause is inside the uterine cavity. Your ultrasound or prior studies are reviewed in a video consultation, and you receive a written plan with itemized costs before booking a flight.

World-Class Medical Facilities in Monterrey
Surgery takes place at Hospital Ángeles Valle Oriente in San Pedro Garza García, Monterrey — accredited operating rooms, advanced laparoscopic and robotic equipment and private rooms, a ~2-hour flight from Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. Your wound check and pathology results are reviewed in person before your return flight.
The Procedure
A thin camera is passed through the cervix into the uterus and the polyp, fibroid or septum is removed through the same instrument. There are no incisions and no anesthesia is required. The procedure takes 20 to 40 minutes, you go home the same day and can resume normal activity immediately; mild cramping or spotting may occur for 24 to 48 hours. Preoperative workup: a pregnancy test.
